Boe Offshore (BO) is an E&P company focusing on exploration, development and production of the licenses in Dagestan and targeting new blocks in the sub-Saharan country of Chad. This will be accomplished by a combination of our own specialist expertise, experience, and skilled interpretation of geophysical and geological data.

With the fluctuations in international oil prices in recent years, BO has worked toward the development of upstream exploration in order to secure its own operatorship in the Republic of Chad. The Chad government is seeking to attract western E&P companies to develop new fields in the country. BO is currently in negotiations with government officials to obtain a block for development.
