Our technical and operational personnel have substantial experience in the oil and natural gas industry across a broad range of disciplines. A substantial portion of our technical and operational experience is in the North Sea, Africa, CIS, and Brazil. Kurt Boe - CEO and Managing Director
A professional oilfield manager with more than 30 years of oil and gas experience. Long experience with the development and operation of huge offshore oilfields in the North Sea, Africa and Brazil. Mr. Boe (Norwegian citizen) holds an Honor’s Degree in Offshore Engineering from Heriot Watt University UK.

Christian Rosenblieh - Director Finance
Mr Rosenblieh has 35 years of experience in the African oil and gas industry. Joined Mobil in 1979 as an accountant. Held country and regional Accounting- and Finance Manager positions in Africa (Ivory Coast, Republic Democratic of Congo, Séngal and Chad) from 1995 to 2002. Controller at Esso Exploration and Production Chad Inc between 2002 and 2005. Business Services Manager (position covering Controls, Accounting, Tax, Treasurer’s, Procurement and Information and Technology) of COTCO and TOTCO between 2006 to 2009 and Business Services Manager at Esso Exploration and Production Chad Inc. from 2010 to 2016.
Jan Erik Strand - Director Exploration
Mr. Strand has over 30 years of experience in upstream business with Norske Hydro, where he held different management positions. Experience working with International O & G companies in Egypt and Russia. Mr. Strand holds a degree from University of Oslo, Cand. Real, Geology.
Arnfinn Johansen - Director Well Construction
Mr. Johansen has more than 30 years of oil related experience from Norway and internationally in various managerial positions with Statoil, Elf Acquitaine, NPD (Norwegian Petroleum Directorate) and Amoco Norway. Mr. Johansen holds a degree from the University of Tromsø (UiT) Master of Arts/Cand. Mag. Geology, Biology and Chemistry.
Petter Boe - Director Projects
Mr. Boe has more than 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry on the Norwegian continental shelf and worked as a Project Manager at Statoil, Odfjell Drilling and many smaller companies related to the oil industry. Mr. Boe holds a Bachelor degree in Offshore Engineering from Newcastle University (UK), a Master of Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Australia.

Morgan Harel - Director Corporate Services
Mr. Harel has more than 15 years experience working in the oil and gas industry in several African countries in various management roles with responsibilities within security and general services. Mr. Harel holds a Bachelor degree in International Management program from Rennes 2 university.
